Aileen Magnotto: Diagnosed in 2005, breast cancer survivor, Aileen Magnotto credits the Pink Ribbon Awareness Campaign with her quick reaction to the lump found during self-examination. Her battle won (with the loving support of her husband Michael and their three children Elysse, Alexa and Mike), Aileen wanted to give something back. Since the iconic color of breast cancer awareness is pink, Aileen thought, “Why not a pinky ring?” Survivors wear the ring with the tails towards the heart. Supporters wear the ring with the tails pointing outward. The ring reminds Aileen of the love that pulled her through, as well as how strong Breast Cancer has made her. Aileen’s ring is crafted in both spectacular pink gold and classic sterling silver, which complements all her outfits!

Aileen is a mother of three, gourmet chef and successful businesswoman. She and husband Michael live in Hermitage, PA.

To bring her concept into reality Aileen partnered with renowned jeweler Caesar Azzam.

Caesar Azzam: A Designer with a Passion: Maybe it's true that Caesar Azzam, founder and owner of Caesar's Designs, was destined to be a jeweler. The jewelry trade in his family since the late 1800s, Caesar first learned the art of jewelry making from his father, and enhanced his knowledge by attending GIA, becoming a Graduate Gemologist in 1990.

After working for a fine jewelry manufacturer in the Los Angeles jewelry district, Caesar held several positions in jewelry retail in California. Creating jewelry was always his passion, but it wasn't until 1998 that he decided to develop his own collection, and Caesar's Designs was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Caesar has worked with other cause related groups in the past to design jewelry and raise money for awareness and research... "When it is a project close to someone's heart, it gets me excited".

His works are breathtakingly unique and fresh. He describes his design philosophy as "the marriage of metal and gem to create contemporary jewelry with clean lines that bring out the beauty of natural gems to adorn the body." Whether he is working with silver, gold, or platinum, Caesar shapes the metal for comfort so it feels, in the words of many a customer, "like butter."
